Support = FAIL TO READ!

I filed 4 support tickets, and 3 of them apparently got misread, 1 of them was pushed up, and never got a response, this was from 2 months ago...

Anyone else have issues?

Nope... Ive even had a a member of the admin support team call my cell to correct issues.
